SALES POLICY




All sales at Eliza Page are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase, items in perfect and pristine condition may be returned for online store credit or exchanged for another item within 10 days of receipt, minus the original shipping fees.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there will be slight variations and imperfections in some items, and delivery times may vary. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade jewelry item. We are very proud of our artists work and their dedication to their craft. Please contact us if you have special requests or if there is anything we can do to better serve you.






EXCHANGES or ALTERATIONS

If you would like to exchange an item or have it altered or adjusted, please follow the steps below in order to process your exchange correctly.

There are no returns, store credits, or exchanges on custom or special orders.

1) Call the store 512.474.6500 or email customer service us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number for your item.

2) Fill out this Return Authorization Form or email us regarding all details about your purchase and desired exchange or alteration (item #, invoice #, customer name)

3) We will send your Return Authorization Number via phone, fax, or email.

Please Note: You must obtain a Return Authorization Number to process all store credits or exchanges.

4) Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, pack the item securely with the copy of your Return Authorization Form and note the Return Authorization Number on the exterior of the box as indicated below.

5) Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and send it via prepaid mail. For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.

We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost in transit due to delivery error.

6) Please note that no exchanges or credits will be granted after the 10 day period has past or without a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be processed until we have received your original item.



EXCEPTIONS

EXCHANGES: If you have selected an item for exchange that is unavailable, your account will be credited for in-store credit and you will be contacted via fax, phone, or email.

ALTERATIONS: If the item you return is unable to be altered, we will return the item to you, or you can receive online store credit for the item, minus the original shipping fees.




CUSTOM ORDERS

If there is an item you would like created or modified, please call 512.474.6500 or email us at the store and we will work with you to create your one-of-a-kind-design. We work closely with a number of talented jewelry designers and can fulfill most requests.

If the item you have selected indicates an order time frame of 1-8 weeks and is not "in stock and available" on our website, your order will incur a $15 special order fee at checkout.

This fee covers the extra time required in making a one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry item, as well as the shipping and processing this special item requires by the designer.

SHIPPING AND ORDER FUFILMENT

RATES, INSURANCE and SERVICES

We ship with a national carrier and fully insure all our packages. Eliza Page will ship anywhere within the United States, however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rates are as follows:

Ground (3-5 business days) $15
2-Day Air $25
Next Day Air $35


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in Texas.

MODIFYING AN ORDER

Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please call us (512) 474-6500 for any change requests.

ORDER FUFILMENT

Due the nature of handmade jewelry and the availability of fine materials, Eliza Page will contact you via email or telephone if the merchandise you have selected is not available.




GIFT WRAP

All Eliza Page items are sent in our complementary signature gift boxes with champagne silk ribbon.
