All sales at Eliza Page are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase, items in perfect and unworn condition may be returned for online store credit or exchanged for another item within 30 days of receipt, minus the original shipping fees.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there will be slight variations and imperfections in some items, and delivery times may vary. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade jewelry item. We are very proud of our artists work and their dedication to their craft. Please contact us

EXCHANGES or ALTERATIONS
If you would like to exchange an item or have it altered or adjusted, please follow these steps:
1) Call the store 512.474.6500 or email customer service us in order to exchange or return an item for store credit.
2) Once you discuss your return with our staff, pack the item securely and safely in a hard box, insure your package for the full value of the merchandise, and send it via prepaid mail. For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.
There are no returns, store credits, or exchanges on custom or special orders.

3) Please note that no exchanges or credits will be granted after the 30 day period has past, and no returns will be processed until we have received your original item.
EXCHANGES: If you have selected an item for exchange that is unavailable, your purchase can be refunded or credited for in-store credit and you will be contacted via phone or email.
If there is an item you would like created or modified, please call 512.474.6500 or email us at the store and we will work with you to create your one-of-a-kind-design. We work closely with a number of talented jewelry designers and can fulfill most requests.
If the item you have selected indicates an order time frame of 1-8 weeks and is not "in stock and available" on our website, we will contact you to verify your expected ship date.

SHIPPING AND ORDER FUFILMENT
RATES, INSURANCE and SERVICES
We ship all packages with UPS or Lone Star Overnight and fully insure all our packages. Eliza Page will ship anywhere within the United States, however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please call us if you live outside of the United States, and we will do our best to work with you on a jewelry order.
Rates are as follows:
Ground (3-5 business days) $15
2-Day Air $25
Next Day Air $35
All Eliza Page jewelry is included in a jewelry box or velvet jewelry bag and wapped in our complementary signature gift boxes wrappped with beautiful silk ribbon. We include jewelry care cards and information about our jewelry designers whenever possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please call us in order to accomodate rush orders at 512-474-6500.
Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in Texas.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please call us (512) 474-6500 for any change requests or send us an email to [email protected]
Due the nature of handmade jewelry and the availability of fine materials, Eliza Page will contact you via email or telephone if the merchandise you have selected is not available.
