 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please call us in order to accommodate rush orders at 512-474-6500.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in Texas.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Eliza Page will contact you via phone or email you to confirm your online order before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold shipment of any order we feel is fraudulent or suspicious, or to ask for a signed confirmation indicating your understanding of our sales policy during the holidays.


 

GIFT WRAP

All Eliza Page jewelry is included in a jewelry box or velvet jewelry bag and wrapped in our complementary signature gift boxes wrapped with beautiful silk ribbon. We include jewelry care cards and information about our jewelry designers whenever possible. Holiday orders will be wrapped with special holiday cards.

 

MODIFYING AN ORDER

Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please call us (512) 474-6500 for any change requests or send us an email to [email protected].

 

ORDER FUFILMENT

Due the nature of handmade jewelry and the availability of fine materials, Eliza Page will contact you via email or telephone if the merchandise you have selected is not available.

  

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Eliza Page accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and cash in store. We do not accept checks.

 

SHIPPING AND ORDER FUFILMENT

RATES, INSURANCE and SERVICES

We ship all packages with UPS or USPS and fully insure all our packages. Eliza Page will ship anywhere within the United States, however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you live outside of the United States, please contact us via email or phone to purchase items and to calculate shipping, and we will submit you a PayPal invoice. We ship items internationally via USPS. Depending on the value of the item, International shipping with insurance is usually $25-$150 USD. 

All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Eliza Page, INC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

EXCHANGES or ALTERATIONS

If you would like to exchange an item or have it altered or adjusted, please call the store 512.474.6500 or email customer service to discuss your exchange or alteration.

 

Once you discuss your return with our staff, pack the item securely and safely in a hard box, insure your package for the full value of the merchandise, and send it via prepaid mail. For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.

If there is an item you would like created or modified, please call 512.474.6500 or email us at the store and we will work with you to create your one-of-a-kind-design. We work closely with a number of talented jewelry designers and can fulfill most requests.

 

If the item you have selected indicates an order time frame of 1-8 weeks and is not "in stock and available" on our website, we will contact you to verify your expected ship date.

To PROCESS a REFUND or RETURN

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to request a refund or return, please contact us to let us know

 

    Pack the item securely and safely in a hard box, insure your package for the full value of the merchandise, and send it via prepaid mail.

    Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped.

    Items must show no signs of wear and must have the tag attached and include the original receipt.

    You can opt for store credit instead of a refund.

    Gift items must also have their gift tags attached.

    We must receive the jewelry within 7 days after you accept your shipment to process a return or refund, except during the noted holiday timeframes.

    We reserve the right to refuse items for a refund or return that do not follow these standards.  

We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.
