Fine Jewelry & Custom Design Sales Consultants

Eliza Page, an award winning, woman-owned and run fine jewelry store within the 2nd Street District downtown, is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Fine Jewelry and Bridal Design Sales Consultants for full-time positions, 5 days per week, to join our wonderful team!

We are seeking experienced fine jewelry professionals with a background in diamond, bridal, and custom jewelry sales. The ideal candidate is warm, relationship-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences while guiding clients through some of life's most meaningful purchases.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience selling custom jewelry, including loose diamonds and gemstones, engagement rings, wedding bands, and heirloom redesigns. Strong communication, organization, project management, and attention to detail are essential.

This role is focused on luxury client sales, custom design consultations, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The position also supports the daily operations, including client correspondence, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining an exceptional in-store experience.

Candidate must:

• Be passionate about sales and making personal connections with clients
• Possess refined client communication skills, be diligent with follow-up and project management
• Be organized, detail oriented, and possess excellent multitasking abilities
• Be a team-oriented, honest, self-starting person
• Be trustworthy, reliable, and dependable
• Have advanced jewelry knowledge and be a quick study on new merchandise
• Schedule flexibility, weekends required; Weekly meeting attendance (virtual) required

This position requires working approximately 5 days a week including weekend days as scheduled. At least 1 hour per week is required for our weekly team meeting (remote/virtual meeting.)

Positions to start training ASAP. Hourly pay or annual salary based on experience.

Experience:

• Retail Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Bridal, Diamond, and Fine Jewelry Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
