We are seeking a friendly, jewelry-loving, organized individual to join and assist our wonderful and talented team during the fun and exciting holiday season. You will work with the team to assist in sales, operations and client communication, and will be responsible for operational tasks including the following tasks below. This position could lead to full time employment.

- Customer-facing sales and check out (wrap, ring) in-store

- Receiving, packing, shipping of online and in-store client orders and processing of local deliveries

- Assisting clients with inventory questions via phone and online as needed throughout the day

- Other operational tasks as needed

Applicant must be:

The position requires 4-5 days in-store, approximately 20-30 hours per week. The position requires working weekends and during seasonal holidays as scheduled. Positions to start training ASAP.




We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Specialist for a full-time position to join our growing team.

This person will be responsible for executing the brand’s marketing plans online and growing our social media following and online sales through social media.

Applicant must have excellent communication skills and at least 2 years of experience creating static and video content for various social media platforms, online advertising, and marketing in general.

A successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing various campaigns and corresponding collateral along with the Director of Marketing and senior leadership.

Duties include:

  • Ongoing management of social media postings on all platforms, content creation, execution for reels, stories, videos, animated and static posts
  • Shopify online store assistance; editing and managing products, content, apps, fulfilling online orders
  • Analyzing existing metrics to improve e-marketing campaigns, developing and recommending strategies for growth
  • Assisting with on and off-site photoshoots and other marketing events as needed
  • Researching and managing brand partnerships, collabs, giveaways to grow email lists, social media following, engagement, customer base
  • Retail store operations support / office assistance

Position will start training immediately. Weekend and holiday work is required. Position is approximately 30 hours a week comprised of mostly in-store work with some work from home hours.




We are always looking for team members with fine jewelry sales experience who have a passion for people, making personal connections, and delivering excellent customer service. We are a team-based environment, therefore our team members wear a lot of hats, take care of our clients, and work together diligently. Applicants must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience. Luxury sales, diamond sales and/or bench jewelry experience a plus.

Sales Consultants will be keyholders and responsible for a variety of tasks including  store opening/closing, special order jewelry sales, customer correspondence, visual merchandising, and store operations.

Jewelry production is finished locally and beyond, so you must be organized and have project management skills, as you will be requesting pricing estimates and creating custom jewelry with our vendors and clients.

Positions available are for 4-5 daytime shifts / 30-40 hours per week and require working weekends and during seasonal holidays as scheduled. A few work from home hours are required for team meetings and remote custom or client follow-up work.

All EP team members are required to be fully vaccinated. Masks are provided to wear at work, if desired. Enhanced cleaning and distancing is in place. We allow a limited number of clients are allowed in the store. We regularly evaluate COVID policies to ensure EP team safety, and follow Local Health Officials and CDC guidance.
