Product
Yes. All of us at Eliza Page and all of our designers stand behind the design and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We are dedicated to using recycled metals, materials sourced from ethical mines, and diamond dealers who subscribe to the Kimberley Process. Our designers are committed to this as well. Being based in Austin, Texas, we sell and support many local and Texas-based jewelers, and use local designers and gemstone dealers, whenever possible.
The Kimberley Process is an international certification scheme established to prevent the trade of conflict diamonds, which are rough diamonds used to fund armed conflicts and civil wars. Launched in 2003, it requires participating countries to meet stringent requirements that ensure diamonds are mined, shipped, and sold through legitimate channels. The process involves certification and transparency measures, including verifying the origin of diamonds and requiring them to be accompanied by government-validated documentation. The Kimberley Process represents a global effort to promote ethical practices and uphold human rights in the diamond industry.
Yes. We strive to use recycled metals and stones as much as possible in our own designs and make sure that our designers do the same.
Lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical, making them "real" diamonds in every sense. The key difference lies in their origin: lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology, while natural diamonds are formed over billions of years beneath the Earth's surface. Both exhibit the same brilliance and durability, but lab-grown diamonds are often more affordable and have a smaller environmental impact. Ultimately, whether you choose a lab-grown or natural diamond depends on your personal values and preferences.

Yes. Almost all of our jewelry can be resized or remade in a different size or with a different metal. Contact us with specific inquiries so we can discuss together.
Most of our rings can be resized, but there are some styles that we are unable to change. If a one of a kind ring cannot be resized, we are happy to remake the ring as close as possible to the original by sourcing similar stones for you. You will essentially be getting a new, one-of-a-kind ring made especially for you!
On average ring resizing takes 1- 2 weeks depending on the design. If the ring needs to be remade, timelines vary based on the designer’s production of a new ring.
If you do not know your ring size, Eliza Page specialists can take your ring size when you visit our store location. If you cannot visit our store, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler, and asking for your US ring size. If you have ordered from us before we may have your ring size on file -contact us with specific inquiries so we can discuss together.
• Your first ring resize is complimentary within 30 days of purchase.
• Further resizes may incur a fee.
• After resizing, rings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We recommend sizing your finger multiple times before finalizing your order.

During the first year of wearing your bridal jewelry, you may need repairs such as polishing, cleaning, and the replacement of tiny accent gemstones or diamonds. Under normal wear these repairs are often necessary and will be performed by us or our designers free of charge. If your bridal jewelry has sustained damage or improper wear, however, your repair may incur a small fee. Center stones and their settings, however, are inspected thoroughly by us and our jewelers when they are created, shipped, and received for craftsmanship and durability. Damage to these center stones or settings can only occur with improper wear or by an accident, and therefore are not covered by our warranty, or most third party insurers. We encourage thoughtful and careful daily wear of your jewelry, and for you to consider that certain activities may damage the integrity of your jewelry, gemstones, and settings. Should you desire insurance on your fine or bridal jewelry, we recommend a company such as Jewelers Mutual. Repairs that are not covered under warranty will incur a small fee one year from purchase. We are dedicated to delivering jewelry to you that will exceed your expectations for design and craftsmanship for a lifetime, and always do our best to deliver to this standard.
Should you have any questions about our policies or warranties, please call, visit, or email us with specific inquiries so we can discuss together.
