We understand that shopping for jewelry online can be a challenge if you cannot try it on, and we want you to love your jewelry purchases.

ONLINE SALES POLICY:

Items bought online can be returned for a refund or store credit, minus the original shipping fees, if we receive the items back in store after 10 days of customer receipt

There are no returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges on SALE, custom, pre-orders or special orders.

 

IN-STORE SALES POLICY:

Items bought in-store at Eliza Page in Austin, Tx, can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase (No Refunds). 

 

SALE & SPECIAL ORDER POLICY - ALL SALES FINAL

There are no returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges on SALE, custom, or special orders.  In order to offer such incredible SALE prices, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or requests for exchanges, no exceptions; this includes no returns for store credit. We offer unbelievable prices to clear our stock for the coming season.

Custom orders are designed, made, confirmed and placed specifically for you. These items are also not able to returned, exchanged, or refunded, or taken back for store credit.

 

HOLIDAY IN-STORE SALES POLICY:

In addition to our standard 30-day exchange policy, orders placed between Nov. 13, 2023, and Dec. 15, 2023, will be eligible for an extended "exchange" period until Jan. 13, 2024. (No Refunds)

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Eliza Page will contact you via phone or email you to confirm your online order before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold shipment of any order we feel is fraudulent or suspicious, or to ask for a signed confirmation indicating your understanding of our sales policy during the holidays.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. Please email, live chat, or call us in order to accommodate rush orders at 512-474-6500.

Due the nature of handmade jewelry and the availability of fine materials, Eliza Page will contact you via email or telephone if the merchandise you have selected is not available and we will offer a replacement or refund. 

 

GIFT WRAP

All Eliza Page jewelry is included in a branded jewelry box or jewelry pouch, wrapped in our complementary signature gift boxes wrapped with beautiful ribbon. We include jewelry care cards and information about our jewelry designers whenever possible. Holiday orders will be wrapped with our holiday gift tags. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship all packages with UPS or USPS and fully insure all our packages. Eliza Page will ship anywhere within the United States, however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you live outside of the United States, please contact us via email or phone to purchase items and to calculate shipping, and you can pay online via PayPal. We ship items internationally via USPS. Depending on the value of the item, International shipping with insurance is usually $25-$150 USD.  All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Eliza Page is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Rates for shipping within the USA are as follows:

2-Day Air  $25

Next Day Air  $45

Saturday Next Day Air  $60

We do our best to ensure your packages are delivered on time as ordered, however, due to unexpected holiday shipping delays and carrier volume, your packages' timely arrival is at the mercy of UPS and USPS delivery services.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in Texas. 

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT and STORE CREDIT

Eliza Page accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and cash in store. We do not accept checks. You will be asked to show ID upon checkout for security purposes. Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or gift cards. Any store credit you receive does not expire until redeemed. 

DISCOUNTS

We do not offer discounts regularly, however if you share your address, birthday and/or anniversary with us we will send you a % off card in the mail during your special month. Discounts and/or other special promotions cannot be combined. 

EXCHANGES or ALTERATIONS

If you would like to exchange an item or have it altered or adjusted, please call the store 512.474.6500 or email customer service to discuss your exchange or alteration.

To PROCESS a RETURN for ONLINE Purchases

If you want to request an authorized return for a purchase made online, please contact us to let us know. Once authorized, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely and safely in a hard box, insure your package for the full value of the merchandise, and send it via prepaid mail.
  • For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
  • Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped.
  • Items must show no signs of wear and must have the tag attached and include the original receipt.
  • You can opt for store credit instead of a refund.
  • We must receive the jewelry within 10 days after you accept your shipment to process a return or refund, except during the noted holiday timeframes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items for a refund or return that do not follow these standards.
  • There are no returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges on SALE, custom, or special orders 

We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.

Please note that we will often contact you to ensure safe transit or to confirm your order and require signature upon delivery. Please look out for correspondence from our sales team. We reserve the right not to ship jewelry if a purchase is suspect of fraud, and we will ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment to a final sale for all custom order jewelry, bridal jewelry, and during holiday periods.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

If there is an item you would like created or modified, please call 512.474.6500 or email us at the store and we will work with you to create your one-of-a-kind-design. We design and produce our own jewelry and also work closely with a number of talented jewelry designers, therefore can fulfill most requests.

Custom orders are final sale and not returnable.

If the item you have selected indicates an order time frame between 1-8 weeks or is out of stock on our website, we will contact you to verify your expected ship date.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there will be slight variations and imperfections in some items, and delivery times may vary. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade jewelry item. We are very proud of our artists work and their dedication to their craft.
